My backdrop arrived damaged

We inspect your backdrop thoroughly before it leaves our workshop to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, however in the rare event your backdrop arrives damaged then please report the damage here within 48 hours of delivery so we can organise a replacement or credit.

With proper care, our backdrops can last a long time. Make sure you follow our backdrop care tips included with every order. Any damage caused once the backdrop has been received is the responsibility of the buyer.
