We ship worldwide*! Reduced rates start at orders of 3 or more 60 x 90cm vinyl backdrops, with most FREE rates starting at 4 or more. See your local rates:

*We ship to 80+ international locations and counting. If your location isn't available at checkout just contact us and we’ll see if we can make it happen! Please note we cannot ship to some PO Boxes.
Delivery Terms
- Delivery issue - any problems must be reported to us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date
- Missed delivery - if delivery cannot be made, most services will leave a calling card to arrange collection or attempt to redeliver the following day
- Wrong address - undeliverable orders may be returned to us, in which case redelivery can be arranged at additional cost to the buyer
- Unclaimed - uncollected parcels may be returned to us, in which case a refund will be applied, less our true shipping costs and/or additional fees incurred by the courier/customs
- Short delays - delivery times can vary and minor delays can happen so always order ahead - we cannot be held responsible for delayed shoots due to last minute orders
- Long delays - in the rare case of pronounced delays, our policy is as follows:
- 7+ days - we can offer a shipping refund
- 14+ days - we can offer a partial refund of your order
- 21+ days - we will class your order as lost and offer either a full refund or reship
