2025 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE 🎅

We close at 1PM UTC on Friday 19th December for the Holidays, re-opening on Jan 2nd.

  • Wed 17th Dec - last date for custom orders
  • Thu 18th Dec - last date for regular orders
  • Fri 19th Dec - last shipments / website & customer care closes at 1PM UTC
  • Fri 19th Dec to Thu 1st Jan - orders & customer care closed
  • Fri 2nd Jan - website opens / orders resume from 1PM UTC
  • Mon 5th Jan - shipments & customer care resume

For shipping enquiries whilst we are closed, please first contact the shipper directly. At the moment, we're seeing most orders arrive on time (approx. 90%).


Please be aware of the following:

  1. Festive delivery schedule - we are in festive season 🎄 which means our couriers are busy! Please leave additional time for shipping and order early to get your backdrops dispatched before the Christmas break.
  2. US customers - all taxes and duties are now prepaid by us, keeping your deliveries fast, simple, and hassle-free - If for any reason taxes are incurred, we will cover the full cost. Read more on our US Delivery page.
  3. General ongoing delays - Whilst most shipping services are operating to a good standard, we're still recommending to allow for potential delays. This includes continued supply-chain disruptions caused by war in Europe. On average, delays are no more than +1 to 2 working days for all UK, USA, EU and other Worldwide delivery locations. This is in addition to our regular delivery times.

Please always order ahead and build in additional time for these potential delays.
