Please be aware of the following:

1. 🎄 Closed for the Holidays, Dec 20 to Jan 2 - our team is taking a well deserved break for the Holidays. Delivery services will also be limited over this time, resulting in longer shipping times. Please order ahead accordingly:
   • 18-Dec - last custom orders for dispatch before holidays
   • 19-Dec - last regular orders for dispatch before holidays
   • 20-Dec - last collections, site closed from 1PM UTC, limited customer care whilst closed
   • 2-Jan - site re-opens at 1PM UTC
   • 3-Jan - collections, shipping & customer care resumes
2. ⚠ General ongoing delays - Whilst most shipping services are operating to a good standard, we're still recommending to allow for potential delays. This includes continued supply-chain disruptions caused by war in Europe. On average, delays are no more than +1 to 2 working days for all UK, USA, EU and other Worldwide delivery locations. This is in addition to our regular delivery times.
