Please be aware of the following:

  1. Potential weather disruption - We are entering storm season here in the UK, so be aware of the potential for some slight delays in affected areas and with outgoing international shipments.
  2. US customers - all taxes and duties are now prepaid by us, keeping your deliveries fast, simple, and hassle-free - If for any reason taxes are incurred, we will cover the full cost. Read more on our US Delivery page.
  3. General ongoing delays - Whilst most shipping services are operating to a good standard, we're still recommending to allow for potential delays. This includes continued supply-chain disruptions caused by war in Europe. On average, delays are no more than +1 to 2 working days for all UK, USA, EU and other Worldwide delivery locations. This is in addition to our regular delivery times.
