Where is my order?
Order taking longer than expected? It unfortunately does happen on the odd occasion. 😢
1. Check the tracking detail
We send a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped. If it seems you haven't received it, please check your spam folder as they do end up in there from time to time.

3. Contact the shipping provider if necessary
If your tracking doesn't provide enough detail, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly prior to contacting us, as they are very often able to solve the issue faster directly with you than we can.

4. Still no luck?
